Staff were excellent. Hot showers a luxury in Indonesia. Good pool. Lovely Frangipanis.
Breakfast needs Gordon Ramsay visit. Scarce. Could do better with little cost.

The hotel staff were lovely and it is very well situated - close to some trendy food and bar streets and not too far from the Kraton. The hotel has lovely gardens and a nice pool. It is also a quiet, family-friendly hotel
No real criticisms really given the great price of the hotel. Though I stayed for 4 nights and had to ask for fresh towels, additional toilet paper, etc.

Poolside room with free drinking water, good bed, good Aircon and helpful staff
The breakfast was ok, but staff don’t provide salt and pepper, and the dining area is small
The pool was often “ commandeered” by instructors teaching young kids to swim.
My booking included breakfast but I was told on checkin that it did not. I had to call booking.com to rectify

The staff were nice.
It’s very old and doesn’t look like the pictures. If it had been a cheaper price I would have accepted it but it’s so expensive for a hotel that’s lacking in areas. It might be fine for locals, but for tourists this is a bit of a rip off.
