The second time we have stayed. Would stay again.

Brilliant location, a very short walk to both the railway station and the bus station. The room was comfortable with a large bathroom. Breakfast was good, they supplied early to meet our needs.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything clean, spot on. Wonderful place to stay with family. Very close to Catherine cave.

Good place except staff!!

The location by the river is excellent as there is a bicycle road along the river. Town centre 15 min. walk from the hotel. The food at the restauarnt was great and huge portion especially the duck. The room was also OK, however we've been five of us in a small place but for one night it's not a big deal that's what I booked.

The two ladies in the restaurant which was the reception area as well have been very frustrated, arrogant and hostile without any reason. Even under the dinner they behaved badly. Never experienced such in any hotel or apartment in my life!!

Very well

Very good and comfortable room and bathroom. Good restaurant. Special secure garage for bicycles! Breakfast is good, but little too modest for hungry cyclists.

Some noise from the street if do you not close the window.

Very good

Very clean room, nice bed, good aircon and good hot water. The breakfast was nice and the staff are friendly. Great to have free parking and a bar/restaurant on the premises.

We had a great short-stay. The staff was super friendly and made our stay really comfortable. Would highly recommend the restaurant for great food and drinks.

Not so nice staff but rooms are great, clean, as described and exactly as on the photos :)

We came at 22:30 and it seemed to upset the staff. When earlier they got a message nobody responded. They called us to ask when are we going to arrive and that's exactly the time we said. The lady checking us in seemed to be very upset (I'm not sure, because she did not speak English, but the face expression was saying "I want you to leave, you're not welcome here"). So as the owner (I suppose) who came when we had a coffee in their restaurant and his only question was that "you came late, right?". Anyway, happy new year guys! But on the other hand rooms are nice and clean. And most importantly the rooms are just as shown on the pictures!! :D What is not so common - many other places are just showing their best room on the photos and you have no idea what are you going to get. Here it's exactly the room you're getting. What is a huuuge plus to me! We are caring having a bath in the room, and we got it as described :)

Great place to stay if you want to visit the nearby caves.

We stayed for 1 night in December 2021 so that we could visit the caves early the next morning. The location is south of town so easy to get to the caves. The rooms are in a separate building from the restaurant which makes them quiet. Plus our room was on the back side of the building facing the river, so we did not hear any noise from the street. The room and bathroom were a reasonable size and comfortable. The wi-fi was good. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. They had several choices of hot items cooked to order as well as the typical cold items. Parking was free. The place is located next to the river, which would have been nicer on a summer day than in December.

We asked for a double bed and instead got 2 twin beds. The room was up a flight of stairs, but they were spiral in design and therefore harder to climb with our heavy suitcases.

The place is close to the train and bus station, so it is easy to get there. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, we loved everything we tried. The room had all you need. Staff were very nice and helpful 👍

Loud noise from the nearby trains when passing by, but nothing too bad if you're in the room only for the night 🌙

Exceptional stay for good price

Room was great - good size, VERY comfy beds and, especially, the pillows. One of the comfiest pillows we've had in a hotel. Restaurant was good as well.

We couldn't figure out how to check in. Turned out - just go to the restaurant, to the end of it where the staff is as say you have a reservation for hotel. A very nice gentleman will check you in. He didn't know much English, but hand gestures work everywhere. :)

The loft apartment was quite worn out, the sofa bed - dirty and with holes from cigarettes, the blanket seemed not clean, too big for the cover. The windows let in noise and wind. The shower towel had a hole.

The place is near river, there is walking trail. The railrway is near. Nice restourant.

Noisy from the railway. Rooms do not even have a kettle.
