This hotel can be a benchmark for all five-star hotels in Turkey and Greece. We are visiting it for the third time, but this time it exceeded our expectations. The rooms are large in fully air-conditioned buildings, the food and drinks are of high quality, and the service is so pleasant that you want to stay again. This year the teams were rejuvenated, and the abundance in the Lavanta pastry shop surpassed the famous Viennese pastry shops in variety and quality.
I wish we were there again next year.

The service here continues to be top-tier! This was our 10th visit, and the hotel remains just as exceptional as it was when we first arrived five years ago. The entire team goes above and beyond to deliver an unforgettable experience.
A special shoutout to Gulcan at the Kids Club—her creativity and fresh yearly activities keep our daughter absolutely thrilled, making it so hard to say goodbye at the end of every trip!
Our heartfelt thanks to Ferhat, Serdar, and Ali at the Roca Restaurant for their fantastic hospitality, and to Ali, the undisputed Cocktail King! We're already counting down the days until our next return for more volleyball fun with Mehmet and energizing fitness sessions with Daria.

The hotel is modern, well-spaced and in a great location. The views – when accessible – of the ocean and the ancient town of Side were beautiful with lovely walks along the beach front with nice bars, restaurants and shops.
The all inclusivity of the resort was one of it’s most sublime feature with 24-hours access to drinks and food with the food being of an extremely high standard, we were extremely impressed with the offerings this resort provided in drinks, food, restaurants and bars, it was all excellent.
The biggest disappointment for us - and the reason for the lower score - was the service, with the exception of one or two very good staff members, generally we found the service to be very poor, most seemed surprised that we want to communicate in English at an International hotel (they predominantly seemed to speak German), most seemed extremely over worked and quite surly because of it and we were ignored on more times than I can count. We were also surprised in regard to the number of ‘managers’ hanging around not seeming to contribute much but the beration of staff/
