Maria, Nikos and Manolis. Maria is gentle, quick and always a step ahead of what you need, well beyond what her job asks of her. Manolis meets you at the harbour with a smile even though the walk is short. Captain Nikos carries himself with a quiet elegance that tells you a lot about the man, and he is the person to ask if you want to understand Karpathian ways and the north of the island. Ask him about the history of Saria and then go and see it. Diafani is the perfect base for the northern part of Karpathos, and after a few days here I understood why so many people have been coming back for decades. I was scouting a couple of trips for 2027 for people I love and for my Fab Rides riders, and I already know where we’ll be staying.
Nothing that matters once you’re settled. The building looks tired when you first arrive after a long journey, and it takes a few hours before you realise how little that has to do with the quality of the place or the people running it. Worth knowing in advance so the first impression doesn’t mislead you.

Accoglienza e disponibilità dei gestori. Pulizia impeccabile. Terrazzo vista mare. Maria è una perfetta host sempre gentile e disponibile a non farti mancare nulla. Le camere hanno tutto il necessario per un piacevole e comodo soggiorno. Posizione ottima, a pochi metri dal lungomare.

L'atmosfera famigliare e l'accoglienza greca autentica, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, stanza ampia con doppio balcone e buona colazione.
