The property is beautiful, everything is so well designed, the rooms and communal areas are very nice and full of beautiful plants and furniture. The view from our balcony was incredible, full of bougainvillea and a sea view. They have some cool dogs and the best view! The food was pretty good too, they made us a pack lunch one morning when we had to leave early. The bar staff were very friendly and we also met other guests in the bar area who were fun!
On our second day there was a group of people by the pool playing very loud techno music, it felt like they had taken over the area. it made sitting around the pool a little painful and not relaxing so eventually we left the pool. I think people could be a little respectful later on when it is late with noise, some were very loud walking past the accommodation.

The little garden inside the property is beautiful. The room was clean and cozy. The hotel manager is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is also really good. We highly recommend staying here while visiting Ephesus or the area.
One really small thing is that the bathroom does not have ventilation. But this has not been a problem for us.

The location was great. Near to amenities such as supermarket, bus stops n restaurants. The breakfast was simple but good. The lemon tree n orange tree outside the room are pleasant sights when u step out of your room
Being used to facilities at mostly 4 star hotels, the sparsely furnished room at this guesthouse came as quite a shock. Only the bed, 1 chair n a shelf with 2 hangers in the room. It will be nice if at least a table is provided for us to put stuff
