Breakfast was excellent, with both a full English breakfast and a vegetarian option available. Excellent value for money.
The area around the hotel was not very appealing, with several older buildings in need of renovation. However, ongoing refurbishment work suggests the neighborhood will improve significantly in the near future.

the owner was very good this morning but staff be more informative on arrival as things wasnt explained very well. Towels had marls, wasnt told how to use radiator so room was very cold, she didnt expalin how to use fob so couldnt get in. seal on shower door was leaking.
