The location was great and the hotel restaurant on the water was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's smorbord buffet breakfast was exellent.
Had to download a parking app for parking in a public lot, but the staff was helped me set it up.

Location on the waterfront, restaurant food excellent, staff polite & extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Room was dated and didn’t have a fridge or safe but we could survive for a couple days ok

Beautiful location, comfortable
Staff didn’t seem interested in engaging. And when you pay over £200 for a room, you expect the TV to work. We asked, and were told ‘we have a problem with the internet TV channels’ -but there was no apology or even attempt at explaining, which I felt was a bit off.

great location, food was great the room had a terrible smell and it was quite small. I was stuffed outside the main hotel & if i had prior knowledge about this room i never would of booked there.
the room had a terrible smell and the noise of people in & out of their cars talking etc right next to your window.
