Bathroom lock- it got auto locked one night n I had to wait till next day morning when employees came in to open it. No one to assist you in such emergency as they don’t have anyone after 6pm till 9am.
There so no cabinets to keep your suitcase n clothes.

Clean and comfortable with very helpful staff and very central.
The location is in Little Venice which is an extremely lively area. Younger people will
probably love it but we found thumping music and screeching hen parties all night meant a sleepless night.
