Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful hotel with plenty of charm and superb breakfast. Great location for visiting Dolomites.
There are probably cheaper options outside peak season, but it was pretty good value and great quality.

The staff was the most welcoming, kind and thoughtful staff. The front desk gentlemen made me smile ear to ear with every interaction and the kind lady at breakfast was very attentive and warm. The breakfast buffet was out of this world, I could have stayed all day nibbling away! The location is very central, charming and the restaurant/bar beneath the hotel had a massive serving of carbonara!

supper friendly staff. Good food. clean and nice apartment/room. We had good parking possibilities which came by the room we booked.

Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
So many stairs-no lift. Pretty plain room. Didn’t love dinner but were glad the restaurant was open.
