Gostei da recepção, dos colaboradores prestativos, do café da manhã muito bem servido.
Achei que o quarto quando chegamos estava com um pouco de cheiro de lugar que fica fechado. Como sou alérgico sinto isso com muita facilidade.

Quarto com aparência de velho e com gambiarra na janela. Acredito que arrumando a gambiarra e melhorando a iluminação já melhore.
Além disso, os espelhos precisam ser substituídos. O espelho da escrivaninha é digno de um filme de terror e o espelho do banheiro é horrível de usar pois foca na altura do umbigo.

A acolhida dos funcionários.
O conforto das camas e principalmente o serviço de limpeza deixou a desejar. Outro ponto incomodo, foi a quantidade de comida no café da manhã: apenas no primeiro dia de hospedagem, que foi numa quinta, que conseguimos comer pão de queijo (uma delícia, por sinal) mas em todos os outros dias, não havia quantidade suficiente para a maior lotação da pousada e não se disponibilizavam a cozinhar mais.
