The staff is responsive if you are planning to travel to trogir this could be one of the good options to stay 😀
There are a few things that I think could be improved. Cleaning services are not available, so if you are staying for a longer period, the apartment can become a bit dirty, and unfortunately, there is no cleaning equipment provided to clean it yourself. We stayed for 9 days, and during our stay, the bed linen and towels were changed only once.
I understand that this may be reasonable since the place is advertised as a residential apartment rather than a hotel. Overall, everything was pretty good, but I would have been very happy if at least some basic cleaning equipment, such as a broom, dustpan, or mop, had been provided.
Another small issue was the bed. We were staying as a couple and wanted to share one bed, but the bed consists of two separate mattresses placed together. During the night, they sometimes move apart slightly, creating an uncomfortable gap and an uneven surface in the middle.
I hope these things can be improved in the future. Other than that, we had a good stay. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils, and everything needed for cooking during our stay.

We went to office to collect keys which was straightforward. We were early and were able to leave bags there whilst sightseeing. Location was lovely and central to all amenities.. All sights were walking from apartment. Easy to get to National Park for the day via bus. Great couple of days stay
I really cannot think about anything negative.
