Staff is supportive and friendly
Bathroom is not clean to my standard..Carpets are smelly..has to get in to bath tub to have a shower..not the best set up for a shower

Room was excellent only issue was mosquitoes which i informed room service and initially they said they cannot provide any repellent, but later I complained more and they gave one almost used mosquito repellent.
Same the staff didnt provided the Mosquito repellent and i was exposed to many mosquito bites during my stay.

I was not sure why hotel was not putting up toiletries in room adequately.
For daily water bottles replenishment, had to call room service.
It was too uncomfortable to use the iron as it was fixed to board that too with a small string.
They needed pre-authorisations of cc if the food bills and all to be settled . Was kind of totally a dry hospitality.
Though the main gate staff was generous and humble.
