Beware of the hidden costs!

Conveniently located in central Colombo

Better options out there for the price and there are heaps of hidden costs when booking via booking.com which was frustrating

A comfortable and enjoyable stay with a high level of service and comfort

Excellent facilities. The room was clean, well serviced and comfortable. The breakfast was extremely good with a wide array of eating choices and the pool was a great place to relax. Staff at all levels were courteous, friendly and always ready to help.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the location is not the best in comparison to other hotels which are located more centrally in Colombo.

Staff were helpful especially in the dinning room but unable to cope with chaos.

The rooms look tired and in need of refurbishment. During breakfast we witnessed a lot of waste of food. Think there should be consequences of food wastage. People using hands to pick food up and using same spoons for non veg and veg food. The dinning room is too small and needs to take into consideration for disabled users.

First-Class Standards and Very Professional Service.

There is no doubt and any questions. Perfect place to stay and has a very professional staff from the word go. All the facilities are standard level and one of the best hotels in Sri Lanka.

There is nothing to mention and everything they provided as we need it. I love it, and thanks for the professional service and for maintaining such first-class standards.

Family-friendly hotel that's worth the price

Loved the hospitality provided by the staff. Sri lankan hospitality is unbeatable! Food tasted great. Loved the options. Dinner buffet was fantastic. Service manager Barie helped us out and accommodated our requests. Exec floor lounge staff were very accommodating as well. All service staff goes above and beyond to ensure that we have a good stay.

The service staff reduction was notable, especially in the restaurant. Some buffet items were not replenished once over but were replaced with something else. We stayed at the executive floor, but the rooms appeared outdated. The bed was not as comfortable as my previous stay. Besides the perks of exec floor, the suite wasn't anything special than a king bedroom.

A remarkable stay

I liked the hotel, the facilities, the food, and the staff. It was clean and organized. The staff goes above and beyond to do their duties and to make sure the guests are satisfied. They are very respectful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. I had a great time and the staff made us feel special. It's conveniently located. I would stay again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Not able to buy water bottles with ease. The ones sold at the bar was quite pricey for less than a liter of water. Some breakfast buffet items were dry (string hoppers were dry, roti was hard). The fruit juices were great but could use less sugar. Air conditioning in common areas shut down at times. The pool area could use more shade and shelters.

I booked through booking.com and at the web it was 28000 SLR but they charged me 36000 but if booked directly they told me their rate was SLR 20000 as I booked through booking .com I had to pay 36000. this is very disappointing issue.

Fantastic start with our newborn.

Location, Staff and facilities. From Reception to Room Service all of them were good. I’ve requested for Cake and Flowers to be arranged for our anniversary for a cost but they did it free which shows how customers are valued. Thanks for that.

I thought room had dust, I was able to see dust all over the room not sure it’s from the carpet.
