Nice, cozy and friendly place

The location is great and the hospitality of the staff is very helpful, friendly and supportive. The atmosphere of the place is nice and cozy. Definitely is a place to stay.

Great value for money. I had a feeling that I'm staying at a friend's house. This place has a soul. The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. I would reccomend Sun Hostel to every Belgrade visitor.

two-bedroom suite is very spacious and well furnished friendly staff good location near city center

the room was not super clean but acceptable pillows are not very comfy but acceptable

Incredibly friendly and relaxed atmosphere

Hostel has a really great vibe. Truly friendly and a real feeling of home. Staff are excellent and I can't recommend it enough as a place to enjoy your time in Belgrade.

There's only one combined shower/toilet for several rooms, would be good if there were more available.

It's my second home

The staff are super helpful, cleanliness excellent, Very friendly and homely atmosphere. I always want to stay there but sometimes it is not available. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking.

Excellent except for that Venezuelan/Spanish speaking lady

Nikola at the reception was amazing!!!! There were 3 other people at the reception, there was one Venezuelan lady who was a bit cold, especially towards me, I don't know, I felt she was a bit discriminatory or racist, apart from her vibes, the hostel was amazing and I highly recommend!

It was my most pleasant hostel stay so far. The nice common area, the bunny on the terrace, the staff and the other guests make it feel like a stay in a nice flatshare. Met lots of nice people. The location in a nice area with lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

THANK YOU SO MUCH I HOPE ILL BE BACK AGAIN SOON!

The backyard is amazing, they have this greenish walls with plants and seatings that so comfy it makes you feel like home (even way better than my home lol), the interrior is so nice, we have tv and its just so beautiful. Totally exceeded my expectation as someone who frequently chose apartments and hotel over hostels during traveling. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It was beautiful! I love my room. Hostel was so clean. Owners were lovely people.

I hope employees will treat everyone fairly.

The kitchen and living room are quite large, but the staff are not very friendly to Chinese.Some people often smell very bad and snore.

Luggage storage is too expensive.

The room it's ok

The check-in process is very long, unprofessional, they didn't find our reservation and we were delayed for a long time at the entrance and exit, there are no toilets and showers in the room but in the public area, people sit talking on the phone right on the doorstep of the room and there is no privacy, we were asked to pay taxes at the beginning even though it was already included on order and it took them a long time to figure it out.

False advertising.

There's a nice garden area in tbe back with a sweet pet rabbit.

I booked this hostel because it advertises 24/7 reception, and I was getting a night bus that arrived at 6am. When I contacted the hostel I was told this actually isn't the case, and while I can drop my bags early, I physically can't enter the hostel until 8am. To me, this is false advertising and also bad hospitality. Also, you don't get a key for the hostel, you have to ring the buzzer every time you want to enter, meaning all day and night the buzzer can be heard. Do not recommend.

Great and comfortable bed after long bus ride. Was able to check in very late into the night. Overall seemed like a good place to stay for longer term.
