Resepsiyonist Victoria Hanım çok ama çok yardımcı oldu. Her defasında güler yüzlü,çözüm odaklı oldu.Konaklamamızın her aşamasında Bizlere çok yardımcı oldu.Kahvaltı temiz,yeterli ve lezzetliydi.
Ne yazık ki çağrılan taksilerden sadece bir tanesi 5 numara diye gelen taksi şöförünün terbiyesizliği nedeniyle 12.09.2026 tarihinde saat 20:30 civarında Apomero Tavernaya götürürken 15 Euroya gidebilecekken bizi dolaştırıp 25 Euroya götürdü ve dönüştede aynı fiyata geri getirebileceğini söyledi.Restoran farklı bir taksi çağırdı ve bizi 15 euroya geri getirdi.Bu durumu hotel resepsiyonuna ilettik Onlar da çok üzüldü.Aradıkları firmaya bu durumu ve şöförün yapmış olduğu ahlaksızlığı iletti.Bu konuda tekrar hotel resepsiyonu Özellikle Victoria ve yanında görevli hanım çok yardımcı oldular.taksinin plakasıTAH-1036 CHIOS RADIO TAXI NO:5 'di.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being so close to Karfas beach.
The breakfast was delicious, the beds were highly comfortable, and the front rooms offer a truly magnificent view.
We checked out on Sunday and realized on Wednesday that my wife left her makeup bag, one cream and shampoo in the room, which we are certain that it was there. The make up bag also consisted of a small pandora bracelet of my daughter. After following up, housekeeping reported nothing was found. The material value does not matter to us and we seek no compensation, but it is sad that a flawless holiday memory now carries a negative afterthought. We are sharing this solely so management implements better tracking protocols for lost items to protect future guests, as it is a pity for such a great establishment to be misrepresented by this oversight.
