Селят в дешевые корпуса зеленого цвета. Отравились в ресторане!Ресепшен хамит постояльцам,кричат!

Отель прямо на пляже, много зелени на территории.

Всех пытаются заселить в новые «зеленые» корпуса под видом своего отеля. «Зеленые» корпуса - это соседний более дешевый отель, который они выкупили и просто перекрасили стены в белый цвет. Мы за полгода вперед бронировали старый корпус (деревянный) - знаем этот отель, жили в нем несколько раз уже! Вместо «старого» основного корпуса Бампу Ресорт с качественными номерами в балийском стиле «лицом» на море, нас хотели заселить в «зеленый корпус» - там номера очень простые, дешевые и маленькие! Когда мы отказались, нам в грубой форме сказали что больше для нас у них ничего нет и заселили в разбитое бунгало во втором ряду на первом этаже! Прошу заметить, что все иностранцы были заселены как раз в деревянный корпус Бампу Ресорт с большими номерами с видом на сад и море! Так как это был канун Нового года, то пришлось подчиниться. Но это, конечно, полнейшее безобразие! Картинка от одного дорогого номера, а заселяют вас в совсем другой - маленький, простой и дешевый. А ведь бронь у нас была аж на 2 недели! На ресепшен все работают «в стиле Египта». На меня, в мои 48 лет, громко кричали, учили жизни - что я должна мОлча заселяться куда скажут и не смею ничего тут выбирать…махали руками - такого в Тайланде нигде не встречали, хотя в Тае по 4 раза в году! Отель заселен очень «простой» публикой. Видимо, есть какие-то «супер цены» из-за которых отель из приличного когда-то, превратился в шумный, хамский и отстойный. Очень жаль, но мы попрощались со своим любимым Бампу Ресорт и больше туда ни ногой!

Hotel management please keep a check on cleaning staff, they may open the guests bags and steal some valuables. I have lost over thousands of Baht from my Laptop bag, I checked my bag after reaching at mainland’s so, can’t produce any evidence. I only stayed in your hotel and made all the purchases on cards, I had the kept the cash for emergency. Let the god decide on my lost money but please keep a check. Coming to the hotel and its facilities then there too much garbage on the beach, too many dirty waters coming on this hotels beach so, one can’t enjoy beach.

ที่พักทำเลดีมากติดทะเลเลยค่ะ สะอาด กว้างขวาง ลูกชอบมาก ทะเลน้ำใส ชายหาดสะอาด อาหารเช้าหลากหลายรสชาติดี พนักงานเป็นกันเอง เหมาะกับการมาพักผ่อนแบบครอบครัวค่ะ

ห้องพักที่ได้อยู่ชั้นล่างห้องดีมากค่ะ ติดอย่างเดียวคือสามีสูง 180 ในห้องมีแนวคานหลายจุดเวลาเดินต้องก้มหัวหลบคานค่ะ ไม่งั้นหัวชนค่ะ

great place, amazing veiws and beach on the doorstep

we loved our stay here, when we arrived we got a free upgrade to a sea veiw. it was unreal, crystal blue waters right outside our window and the most amazing sunsets. room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. we extended our stay twice. definitly worth getting a moped to get to different parts of the island too. would stay here again for sure.

Great location right next to the beach. Delicious food servered at the restaurant. Good breakfast. Nice little pool area. Nice, friendly and proffesional staff. Definitely good value for the money. I can really recommend this place!

Superb

The location is excellent. The resort has a nice jungle vibe, especially if you take the superior room. I found a good deal on booking.com and the loved the breakfast. The breakfast here has pancakes :) I found Koh Chang to be a great place, this island also has few tourists and has value for money.

The location was ok. Bottom end of white sand beach. And it had a fridge in the room. Oh and WiFi was good. That's all.

Where do I start?? Shower was useless, no pressure at all, had to unscrew shower head off and use the pipe only. Aircon made my throat dry, I felt uncomfortable at night because of it, so ended up using a fan instead of Aircon. Bathroom had slight urine smell coming from pipe works due to the hot weather. So always ended up keeping the bathroom light on, as it had a vent attached, to take the smell away. The resort itself felt outdated, and in need of an update. Staff are slow, dirty plates and glasses everywhere, no staff cleaning around the table,and pool area. Rubbish on the beach, cats pooing around the resort and no one to clean it up. Was charge different rates for the same drinks on different days, so felt like staff were overchargeing and pocketing the money for themselves. Side of the pool lining was coming apart. Leafs inside the pool so having to scoop them out myself of I were in the pool. Would I stay here again? No

Great!

Decent price and convenient location as it's close to the main pier and lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel is old, but clean and everything works well. I found the staff to be friendly enough. The free breakfast was quite good, but mostly Thai food which I don't mind at all.

Just a bit old and although on the water, the hotel has no beach.

We got really spacious room on the 1st floor in new building with sea view having outside acccess to the sea . There is no beach as such you have stairs to enter the water so for small kids might be an issue as there are also stones a bit we were with our 2 year old and we had no issue with swimming , 5 min walking you can go to the longer sandy beach and select from multiple spots . In the evening all the beach is with tables for dinner with lights which gives really nice atmosphere which we didn’t have on other beaches on ko chang Location is central hotel is very nice breakfast was also very good with wide selection of options

Everything worked perfectly, staff is good and helpful, rooms very clean and breakfast super!

It is at the beachside, but there is'nt a sandbeach infront. You have to walk a bit if you want a sandyspot from the beach.

My second bungalow near the ocean was very pretty with clean and beautiful bathroom and very comfy bed. A dream come true!

The first night they overbooked and i had to stay in a room which was large but there were a lot of ants and moths in it.

It was a great location, the food was okay and the staff were great. The resort could do with a maintenance programme though.
