Superb wellness facilities. Great location! Efficient and helpful staff
I understand the need to have rules to make the wellness facilities as attractive and safe as possible for everyone - but there were so many rules and regulations that it was difficult to remember and process them all. At moments it felt like sitting an exam rather than a relaxing holiday. But all that said, the wellness center experience is superb!!

The access to the Therme from the hotel was great, we were staying in the bad hotel and not the Rossini building, otherwise you would have to cross the square in your bathrobe. Breakfast was also excellent with a great variety and excellent quality food. The therme themselves were amazing too. Staff were very helpful!
The parking was extremely narrow and quite full. Small spots of mould in the bath. Five euros charge to get a new bathrobe. I was expecting a few more amenities in the bathroom at this price range, only had shampoo/body wash, which they also used as hand soap.
