Quarto adaptado, não vale o preço

Quarto pequeno, adaptado, banheiro minúsculo. Aquecedor de um dos cômodos não funcionava. Muito ruim

Hotel Apollonia

Hotel elegant, curat, bine amplasat (pe o stradă foarte liniștită, chiar în centru, cam 10-15 de minute de plimbare pe jos față de Piața Sfatului). Camera în care am stat a fost curată, liniștită, luminoasă, călduroasă, amenajată cu bun gust. Micul dejun foarte bun, cu variante din care poți alege, personal foarte de ajutor și profesionist. Hotelul m-a surprins plăcut, recomand cu drag. Mulțumesc pentru sejurul petrecut și cu siguranță voi reveni.

Before booking i phoned the hotel to clear that my 10 years old son was going to have an extra bed and they told me, yes, with no extra charge since my booking was for 4 adults and a 10 years old child. After booking and paying, they emailed me that i was going to be charged 10 euro per day because the booking was for 4 adults and 1 child 0 years old (not 10 years old). Notice that the same problem appeared at the hotel in Bucharest but after explain them that this is a problem of Booking.com they understood and didn't charge me extra. When arriving i explained again that this is a problem of Booking.com but they insisted for the extra charging. So be careful during booking. Any way, we where given a two bedroom apartment at the third floor. No elevator. Had to carry all luggage's from the stairs. There where no regular windows but roof windows with no black out curtains resulting waking up all family from 0530 in the morning (really annoying). Only 1 air-condition in the entrance room, the children bedroom with no air-condition and our room with a free standing air-condition but when switched on it sounds like a concrete mixer. Luckily the temperatures weren't so high and during the night with the air-condition at the entrance room and the bedroom doors open, it was relatively tolerable. Divans where old and my sons bed with no bed cover. During having a shower the water was running for 1 min and then stopped. Breakfast was decent but same things every day. Parking was ok. Stuff was sullen and not so helpful. If you speak to them, they will speak. Generally not so pleased. Value for money.

Overall, even though it was a short stay, we felt very good! We will definitely come back!

The location is perfect to easily access all the beautiful places in Brasov The room was as suitable as possible for our needs - spacious, bright, quiet The breakfast was very rich and the staff was particularly kind! We were able to park in the hotel yard!

The bathroom was a bit small, it put our mobility to the test

Below expectations

Free parking included

The room was below expectations. It definitely requires renovation. The bed was sunken due to being in use for a long time. There were spider’s webs on the celling. There was no drinking water in the room what is a standard now. The walls are thin. You can hear every noise / talks from a near room or a corridor.

Superb

This hotel is in a very good location. Only a 5/10 minute Uber from Braşov train station and then a 15/20 walk into the centre of town. The staff are friendly and the room is clean and the beds are comfortable.

The breakfast is good, but sometimes they run out of things (such as pastries) by 9 a.m., an hour before breakfast is scheduled to end. It would be good if these things could continue to be replenished.

A quiet oasis in a noisy city

A maze of a place with lots of corridors and rooms. Very quiet location in a noisy city.

The hotel is located near the old town and the sights. The room was clean and warm. The breakfast provided by the hostel was delicious.

The bathroom was very small and smelled from the drain.

the cleaning lady/man was to loud since 6 o’clock in the morning. not cool at all!

Near train station

When we arrived we got a room just on top of the extremely loud bar. with closing time at 11pm. On that noise and flour vibrations we could forget on a sleep. Than with some additional requests we got another room, which was fine.

Mediocre at best

- Nice breakfast with good variety; - Close to the city center;

The room was in poor condition: - the fabric covering the bed base was torn in several places; - the curtains did not cover the windows fully which results in lots of light in the morning and lack of privacy; - the shower protection glass does not close completely resulting in a wet floor after showering; - the room was cold and the portable air conditioner available didn't heat at all;

A very pleasant stay

Big bonus for accepting pets:) The location is excellent The hotel and the rooms are very, very clean Parking is also assured The staff is very nice Very good breakfast! I also liked the restaurant design: spatious, clean, with funny paintings.

I liked everything! However, the twin beds on wheels were a bit uncomfortable and the furniture is a bit old, but for a 3 star hotel is really, really great!

very basic standard.

the room had lover standard than visible on the pictures. Big problem with parking - one night there was no space for us,, nobody at the reception and we had to use city parking (paid additionally)

Disappointed and it is not value for money .

. The bathroom had mould inside the shower cabin and an unpleasant smell was coming from it. We couldn’t enter in the bathroom in the evening and morning after.
