Very large room with both a king bed and a twin bed as well a separate seating area. Air conditioning that functioned well. Garage (underground) parking. Well located with a walk of 20 minutes or less to several fresh fish restaurants.
The furnishings, carpet, etc. are all well past their prime and need to be replaced. The lighting in the reception area is dark and depressing - not a good first impression. The only way we found to access the hotel from the parking lot was up a couple of sets of stairs - definitely not possible for anyone with disabilities.

The hotel was easy to locate and parking was on site and plentiful. The staff was quite accommodating, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, quiet and more than adequate. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of choices.
Easy access to the city with a variety of dining options nearby. The staff was quick to assist us in handling our baggage. We would stay there again.

It is close to the sea side! they have a rooftop kind of terrace; very large and spacious room; it was nice to have filter coffee for breakfast; close to the touristic areas;
The price for this place is exaggerated for what they offer- i think because there aren't many hotels around so they take advantage to ask lots of money. I paid here the biggest price in my entire trip in Turkey for very little value. The rooms are very old fashion (like frozen in history) - the hotel looks a bit like from 30-40 years ago - no modernization done to it or to their furniture; there is no mosquito net to the windows - so you depend on AC; also the bathroom window has no mosquito net; the rooms cannot be with see view (with very few limited exceptions) as there is basically a hill in between the hotel and the see (so better be honest in the rooms description); the breakfast is quite simple and have limited offer (a think i will not judge badly but again for the huge amount they charge breakfast should be better)
