Location was fantastic - so easy to get to from the airport (30mins on a tram) & minutes from the northern entrance to the old city. Staff were friendly and helpful, free waffle breakfast (with condiments) was great, as was the free sauna! Comfortable rooms with towels included, all for a very reasonable price. Best hostel I've ever stayed in!

Hostel was within easy walking distance to all of the sights within the old town but also to the ferry terminal. There is also a tram stop and bus stops immediately opposite the hostel.
Security was good with fob access to the rooms and good size lockers provided.
Dorms were a good size, Beds were comfy and toilets and showers were clean.
Nothing that I can think off.

Great location, 5-10mins walking distance to most worth seeing places. Common kitchen fully equipped with cooking station and coffe machine (extra paid but still decent price). Reception 24/7 where you can buy some essentials needed during travelling and borrow for ex. hairdryer. Rooms are neat and clean with basic equipment. Towels included. Good wifi signal, common area to hang out located in the basement, laundering service and even sauna is here! :)
No elevator only stairs (4 floors high building -just saying). A lot of food in kitchen fridges (even the guests are told to mark their food by check out date, still a lot of old food was packed to ful - someone could just use it or not to waste it in the fridge for ever ;) besides the place is very nice and that was a good remembered stay :)

The are scammers..the are giving other rooms then the ones in pictures,…smaller and dirtyer.
