Situated in Hampton Beach, this lovely cottage for $189 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Bright, Clean and Comfortable..... We are located on Q St., it is about a 1/2 block to Hampton's beautiful beach. Quick walk to the Hampton Club Casino. This side by side cottage contains 2 bedrooms, 1 has a Queen size bed and the other room has a set of bunkbeds.. The kitchen has been update with new cabinets and Quartz counters, updated appliances with an eat in kitchen area. Living room has all the comforts of home including a flat screen tv, and wireless internet. Bathroom has a stand up shower. Tile flooring throughout, plenty of closet space. Patio table, chairs and Grill are right outside on the deck with parking for 2 cars. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN LINENS, BEDDING, TOWELS AND PILLOWS. Conveniences include: central air conditioning, cable TV & wireless internet.

Everything was great this place has anything that you need for a vacation stay. Kitchen and bathroom are updated it has a nice deck and it’s clean. Brian is a great host will definitely come back.

The cottage was very clean very modern had everything that you needed the only thing I didn't like was the lack of soundproofing if you cough sneeze or fart everyone in the unit is going to know

While the unit had a charcoal grill, a gas grill was also available for my use. The cable service along with wifi came in handy on a rainy day. The queen size mattress was comfy and I slept great! There are well designed closets in both bed rooms with room to hang clothes and shelves in place of a dresser. In addition, the bunk bed room has two drawers under the bed and a small dresser for more storage. There is a full set of pans with lids and different sized plastic bowls, also with lids. Will definitely check the availability of this property for future trips to Hampton Beach!

This is a great property and value. The location is terrific. Not only is it right next to the beach, you are close to the boardwalk and there is a convenience store, laundromat, restaurants, and gas station just around the corner..

My family and I stayed for 4th of July week. Brian and his family were absolutely amazing and accommodating. The location was perfect. Nice neighborhood, a very short walk to the beach and stores and restaurants close. I didn’t move my car once, everything was right there. The rental was a perfect size and was so clean and smelled so good. The porch was my favorite spot to read. I will absolutely go back!!!!

Location was great but very disappointed in that the images posted didn’t match the unit at all.
We had a great 5 days at the beach the location was perfect the communication was great but we’re really bummed the images shown did not match our units it showed a tv in the bedroom that the kids were looking forward to gaming on at night while preparing dinner! It was clean but the shower kept over flowing the towel bars are not attached well at all. All in all we had a great time we just wished the listing and images for unit were up to date and accurate like we were expecting for the price we paid. Definitely need to update all images for each unit specify how many TVs are in the unit and also specify if there are single AC units or central air and specify that they are shared units because these things are the things we found out when we got there but the images online and detailed description are not what we walked into . The unit we rented had bedding had totally different shower and curtain them the pictures on the website and app. I go to Hampton beach every year and every time I rented a unit or a condo or a cartage the images and information are always accurate I found this time around that was not the case. I travel a lot for my job and you’re images always have to be up to date especially when a family is expecting one thing and walking into another .

this property was located in a very convenient area of Hampton Beach. property owners were very helpful, and accommodating, helping us park our vehicles(one was over sized!). Dave suggested some of the best dinning around. this definitely is a do again vacation.

Very clean. The full sized mattress isn’t very comfortable. We stayed last year and were very pleased so we booked again this year. Unfortunately, I threw my back out on Monday and ended up spending most of my vacation inside. I had asked for the opposite side as last year when I booked, but got the same side 😕. We would highly recommend

The only thing is the sliding screen needs repair as the sliding door needs to be replaced. Please tell people that umbrellas should be closed when not being used. It took me by surprise to have someone upset with me that I had not closed it. Other than that, I am very pleased and am looking forward to stating there again next summer

Very clean and quiet! It is a little small! But nice to have central air and wifi! Close to beach but a little far from center of board walk! It is attached to another unit! Which is fine if you have nice people next to you! As we did!!

Very clean, quiet and close to everything
This cute little cottage was very clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable week. It is a very short (two block) walk to the beach, one block away from the main street. We loved getting ice cream at Yester Years on the corner.
We would return again.
