gehele spa en zwembad was gesloten ivm renovatie, dat stond niet aangegeven, ook het buitenbad was dicht ondanks prima buiten temperatuur (er was buiten wel een sauna beschikbaar.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, großer und ansprechender Wellnessbereich, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Die Matratzen waren uns zu hart, wir sind Seitenschläfer, nach 3 Nächten hatten wir Schmerzen in den Hüften.

The room was perfect although there was no air conditionning, opening the large window was enough. The Spa is superb and just the right dmensions. And breakfast was complete and healthy.

Nothing!

The hotel is very clean and the location is good. The parking is free, but you pay an extra 'cure fee'. It's not much but you wouldn't expect that in a 4-stars hotel which advertises that all the facilities are free. For me the outdoor pool is too cold to use in winter (28C). I was imagining I could stay inside and get some sun. The sauna with a view was nice, and the indoor whirpool as well. I didn't use the swimming pool, it was a bit crowdy at the time I was there (that is a public area). The gym has some machines, but not many weights. I didn't take breakfast as it starts at 7am and I had to leave my room at 7 because of my activities. So I can't say much about it. But in the evening passing by the restaurant I can say it was smelling tasty.

The hotel is definitely not a 4-stars regarding customer satisfaction. I was there because I've had a paragliding course. On my last day the weather was bad so the course was canceled. The evening before I've asked for a late check-out so I could at least spend few hours of my vacation day at the pool. That was not possible, here it's worth mentioning that there were rooms available on booking.com at 11am when I left the room. The check-in is very late (3pm). I was expecting to be allowed to stay til 3pm. This would have made a 10points review and I would have definitely returned in this hotel for my next courses. The explanation was that my room is booked and it's not possible to manage the bookings.. blabla .. It's not the first hotel I've stayed, sometimes guests get an upgrade for one day and they are moved the next day to the room that was planned for them. You expect this to work in a 4-stars hotel. Not here, and this left me leaving with a bitter taste.
