I had stayed in this hotel dozens of times. I live and work in Tainan and every time I have to stay in Taipei for business maters I will stay in Santos. It is an old hotel and people might find it a little bit outdated but the rooms are large, staff is very friendly and the price is very reasonable for Taipei considering the size of the room.
Everything is good !

Stuff is exceptional friendly. Location is excellent. I left my jacket in the room after checking out. They immediately informed me when located it. Good job done.

great location. Close to the train station.
Old hotel. Need renovation. Part of the walls had some paint peeled off. There was weird/ unpleasant smells when you get in the hotel- lobby; inside the elevator; and hallway.
