いいロケーションの日本的ホテル。

スタッフはとっても親切でした。とても親日のホテルで日本語が通じます。英語も大丈夫でした。ロケーションも夜市からも地下鉄からも近く観光しやすいです。このホテルを選んだ理由はウォシュレット付きトイレがある事。このお値段でこの条件はあまりないと思うのでまたリピートすると思います。

シャワーのお湯がなかなか温かくならないときがあり、タイミングがあるのかも?と思いました。

Spacious & Clean & Reasonable Price

The room was spacious, clean and, overall facilities were comfortable. There were dehumidifiers sitting outside around corridor corners. Would have been better if it was in the room. Big windows, which were hard to see in Taiwan, so that we did not feel trapped. Location was in walking range with several exits of Minquan West Road station. Shops are located nearby i.e., convenient store, NET cloth store, WATSON, restaurants, etc.

Staffs were not well English spoken. We suspected they might not become helpful for matters other than normal check-in procedures.

Very good

It’s inexpensive. And the room size is good. The towels are clean. There’s a restaurant on the ground floor and a 7/11 store nearby. There’s a McDonald’s a few minutes walk from the property, and it’s close to an mrt.

It’s a bit old.

A little old but a comfortable stay

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. It is very close to bus stops and two MRT lines.

The hotel is seems quite old, so some furniture is visibly run down. It was evident many things had been updated or repaired, but is it worth noting.

1-star masquerading as a 4-star hotel

It was a place to stay. So many other hotels in Taiwan are not open in the morning, have no English service, or somehow don't have rooms. At LEAST this hotel had English service and a room. I'm glad that the hotel could do the absolute bare-minimum even if it was incredibly expensive. Housekeeping were nice.

Early check-in fee was extremely high at 2.000NTD. Did not specify that on the app or even tell me in person. Even got a worse room than I originally booked for a total of 4.500NTD for ONE night! Could have booked a room at the Hamptons for that price and at least have gotten a pool. Will definitely think twice before coming back to Taiwan to travel, and definitely won't pick this hotel ever again. Not a single place to go and sit besides the lobby which is uncharmingly attached to the restaurant. No lounges, no pools, no roof, nothing. Had to work in my room. Also TV only had bad knock-off movies. No Netflix despite having designated button on the remote control. For a so thoroughly mediocre hotel it makes no sense why early check-in is so expensive, at least make it transparent if you want to punish desperate foreigners.

Great stay! Will recommend.

The room is big! I like the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. We didn't feel any negative vibe from them. I love that they replenish the freebies everyday, even our bath towels. It's very clean and cozy.

During checking-in, there's an instruction at the lobby desk regarding the room cleaning service. It says there's a schedule, like every other day only. It's quiet uncomfy because every night we came home from our tour, we find our room always cleaned and the freebies were always replenished. It's good, I mean, they should have let us know first though.

A dated hotel way past its yonder glamour

Room big. Heated toilet seat. Location ok.

Musky smell. Toilet door cranky. Wrong TV orientation. Can't control aircon. Old furniture and dirty sofa. Toilet tiles worn out. Alternate day housekeeping. Never clean below pillow. Only 2 pillows and hard mattress. Peeling wallpaper. Smelly lobby.

Not worth the money, dirty

Good location. Friendly staff. Spacious room.

The hotel is outdated and not well maintained. Most important, the room was dirty - dusty, hair in the bathroom and on the bed, stains on the bed linen. Smelly towels. Bad value for money. We stayed in a cheaper hotel after and it was formidable!

Entire Facility is outdated and the room condition needs to improve.

The location is good.

Out dated facility, unable to adjust AC Temperature. Outdated furniture. Outdated shower head. Fridge does not cool down enough.

Decent option that's a lil off the center of the city

- Location is not difficult, but it is a fair bit of walk from the nearest train station - reason being, the nearest station exit has no lift, and the one with a lift is another street down - Not right smack center at Taipei Main Station, but a couple of stations down and near to Shilin Night Market, easy enough to get around - Room was spacious, clean and while room was rather dated, was functioning well - Staff were welcoming and helpful, on their feet to assist when I couldn't handle my groceries - Price is decent overall, but would definitely be helpful to have some facelift to make it better

- Pillow was a tad too soft and flat, and the add-on bed was extremely stiff

Location, close to bus and MRT stations. Lots of food nearby.

Very old and dated hotel. Pricey for what you get. Old carpets, old smell, and stains in the bathroom. Really need a huge refurbishment. Very hard bed, wasn't comfortable. Hair dyer is ancient, took forever to dry.

lovely big rooms helpful front desk staff who spoke good English very welcoming bell captain who arranged taxis etc

Room smelt and felt damp. need airing? my friends room however was fine so maybe a one off .

Near the metro

No food room service, the room is not cleaned properly, we've seen plastics hidden behind the chair. They only clean every 2 days which is not ideal
