The staff were so helpful especially when I was so tired after a long trip. The room was very cleanly and the bed was really comfortable. I had a bad experience at another hotel so being able to quickly book this as a replacement was great.

Breakfast is nice but the cooking of food in the room, makes your dresses have a bad smell afterwords. I have mentioned this many times. I went to have breakfast outside - although hot - to avoid this issue
What I have mentioned above the cooking of food in the same room as people were having breakfast. this should happen to a 5 star hotel.

Complimentary coffee in the morning was a nice surprise. Liked the overall comfort and service levels.
Finding the hotel in the night was a little difficult.
