This location is very close to Pai Bus Station and also close to Walking Street Night Market. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was worthy

AC, very good location - 3 min from the walking street, Quiet area, very good price
Breakfast was very basic
The room had a funny smell coming from the bathroom that wouldn’t go away
A lot of light coming to the bedroom with no blinds or curtains, a lot of noise from other rooms

Such good value for money, lovely staff, incredibly relaxing and very clean rooms with everything you need. You get free water refills everyday.
The fan in one of the rooms squeaked.

Great location. Cheap hotel but also basic. Good that breakfast is included and a choice of cold buffet options or hot options cooked to order! Great omelettes!
Noisy at night and both the air con and fan were creaky we had to sleep with them off
