The location was great right on the beach, the staff in the restaurant was excellent they tried to create a full English breakfast for. That was above and beyond excellent. The property has plenty places to relax with lots of fruit trees. The security and ground staff was very helpful. I wish the restaurant had more open hours.
The WI Fi was very slow and without a TV in the room it was disappointing 😭

The location was good for us as we have family in Portsmouth.

Not a lot of choice in the restaurant for lunch - and closes early
The cottages could do with a tidy up generally and we didn't have a mirror in our cottage apart from the small bathroom mirror above the sink.
Missed a swimming pool - although on the beach - not quite the same

The location is just outside of Portsmouth on a very quite beach with amazing snorkeling from the beach, just swim to the right of the old pier to access the coral reef. Air conditioning in the bedroom was very nice.
We were expecting the cottages to be a bit rustic, and they were. However, the tub/shower was in rough shape and the kitchen sink hot water handle was stripped so it took a bit to figure out how to turn it on. Minor issues really for all that was great about the location and property.
