Rooms are spacious and clean. Mattress is a little bit harder, but I like it that way. It's in fact a students accommodation rented to guests as hotel, but it's quite good for the money you pay. You can also use the kitchen to warm food etc.
The only thing I had problems with is that there were two small shower gels / shampoos provided and I couldn't get more from the reception when I needed it. But I managed in the end

Great location for Campus Festival, nice size rooms, two desks, air conditioning.
Waking up to the cleaners at 6-7 am every morning, as they smoked and loudly chatted outside our room. Beds were uncomfortable, TV did not have a good signal and we were unable to watch. Drain was clogged in the shower, we had to be careful how to shower without causing flooding in the room.

The environment was clean as well as the facility and the scenery.
There was air conditioning, and it was hot! There was no breakfast, no bar, and no restaurant. They don't even sell water; the attendant told me to drink from the toilet! I had to walk 9 minutes from the hotel to an outside eatery; the trek was challenging as I travelled 5 hours on a train to reach the city. I left at 8AM so I could eat breakfast elsewhere and checked out, abandoning my plans for extension. If you want dormitory services, it is a great place.
