The Turn up service was a good touch, rum and cake, lovely! Room was good and resort was quaint, clean and well maintained.
Breakfast was ok, could have a better choices and serving options.

I love the cleanliness, the spacious. Rooms and the service at reception and also the ambiance of the resort. It was great value for your money, the free shuttle service to the beaches is very thoughtful. Breakfast was great,but improvement in the pastries freshness and variety needs to be addressed, and also there should be more fresh bananas. Lastly,the Breakfast staff wasn't smiling enough and the male waiter was only attentive to the white guest.

More local/ nature based. Grounds were well kept.
They said they did not have my reservation when I arrived. Then they called me a day prior to my checkout to say their system showed I was checking out that day. I had to be charged another day for their mistake. Additionally, the rooms were not clean.
