It was clean, large rooms, and good food.
The facilities shown in images are worse in person for being up to date, and the shower had issues keeping hot.

I got upgraded to suite room and it was huge. The facilities were top notch and as usual the staff is very accommodating. Their complimentary coconut water in afternoon and evening visit is much appreciated.

Breakfast very good, good spread and choice.
Staff were helpful and friendly and cheerful.
Restaurants were good, food quality good.
Plenty supply of bottle of water, much appreciated.
Location very convenient.
Hot water not available in the evening, had to complain, appears hot water valve turned low.
Room Telephone not working, fixed after complaining
Many power cuts one evening, power came back after a few minutes, people stuck in lift!
