Location - good for going to the beach, but outside if Neum town and you need to drive 2-3 min. Good breakfast.
In the shower no place to leave your shampoo or soap.

A bit out of the city but still a good location. Lots of parking on site and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good and relatively uncomplicated. Also the room had a nice balcony
My air conditioning didn't work (or heating), the bathroom fan was broken, and there was a place where a smoke Detector should be, but no smoke detector. Wifi could be a bit hit or miss

The location is great. There is a wonderful panorama from the hotel. The best thing about this hotel are the staff. The lady who served us dinner, the evening of our stay, and supervised breakfast the following morning was fabulous. Well done to her!
We have stayed in this hotel ,many times ,over the years. It has gone down hill a lot. There is no maintenance carried out. The bedroom furniture should be replaced.
The worst problem is that they don't use the correct exchange rate for the euro. Needless to say it's to their advantage!
