I don’t like to complain. I really like this hotel, but there is an issue with the TV connection. I’ve never had trouble with this at other hotels, but here it’s a constant problem. And then there’s the internet... It used to be fine, but this time it was a real disappointment. I connected to the Wi-Fi, but the network didn't work. I asked the staff for help; they were willing to fix it, but two days went by without the internet working—and by then, it was time for me to check out. In the end, I spent two days without internet and had to use mobile roaming, which cost me money. I really like this hotel, but for some reason, there are always issues with the TV, and sometimes with the internet as well.

It was my first time in Poland, and I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was clean and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was wonderful, thank you so much! 🇵🇱🫶🏼

Great location on a quiet courtyard, tucked away from the busy street. The apartment is on a newer side but felt fairly worn and basic. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom especially needed attention, there was visible mold forming in the shower.
The bathroom needed some attention. There was visible mold forming in the shower, and the bathroom sink was clogged. The water was draining very slowly, and I could see little flies around the sink.
