Hotel had really friendly and helpful staff.
Pool was great and kept in a clean condition.
AC and wifi worked well.
Close to great bars and restaurants all with nice beachy vibes.
Beach was literally a 2 min walk across the road.
There was no parking onsite and was sometimes hard to find a park nearby. There is an option to park at their sister hotel about 400m down the road.
Location was great if you just want a beach vibe holiday but about a 30 minute walk to the old town and the boutique shops and restaurants of rethymnon.

Excellent location: The property is situated right next to the beach, which is a huge plus.
Room temperature: The room was far too hot (it reached 18°C internally, which is likely a typo for a much higher temperature, but I translated it as "the room was overheated").
Air conditioning issue: The AC unit emitted an unpleasant odor as soon as it was turned on.
Noise disturbance: There is a lot of noise from motorbikes accelerating nearby, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.
