Very nice setting
Spa is nice.
Staff very attentive, but see below
Original room allocated although a very nice room was above the kitchen. Result was constant noise, sounded like beer barrels being moved. Followed by either loud extraction fan or standby generator. This was constant from check in until 9pm when eventually we were moved rooms.
The explanation and justification given, "its only noisy during service" "well it was a late booking" "it will stop at 10pm" are not good enough.
Aftrr several complaints we were moved to a quieter room. But I did have to get the staff to come up to the room to understand my complaint.
Room 9 avoid it!
