The location is beautiful and the property is very lovely. the room had a view of the sea of Cortez and had a main floor patio which was lovely to sit outside and enjoy. the restaurant was great, food was tasty, the beach is right there to walk and enjoy.
booked a king but ended up with 2 full size beds because of our dog. there was a little cooler not a fridge but a little unit to keep things from getting hot. TV stations all in Spanish only but was okay needed to brush up anyway. the ceiling fan needed cleaning and the corner build up on the floors needs cleaning, the floors also need to be washed and the patio sliding door track should be cleaned. other than that it was just dandy

Love the view and the beach! Enjoy coffee in the morning at the breakfast area.
Sound proofing needs to improve. The rooms are looking a little tired and need some updating.
