I love how german the place is, situated in the heart of Black forest it and its cozy interiors felt really like I was invited to a german home! The breakfast is excellent, the options which we can choose were great. The staff and their practical approach to things reminded me of how different other hotels are! We get to see the black forested mountain in the dark, a silent town I would highly recommend this place. I need to add that the interiors are well taken care of, felt like the family put all their love into it.
I definitely don't mind the practical no nonsense approach to things maybe new travellers especially those coming from other side of pond might expect more "interaction" ;) On a hot summer night please do offer "fan" to the customers but I guess if we can somehow keep the windows open the room gets cooled up fast and these are exceptional weather circumstances. Maybe they should add an additional mesh window to stop insects when the windows are open.

Er was geen diner en geen zwembad in het hotel.
Wel lag er dichtbij een restaurant met lekker eten en een heel leuk buiten zwembad.
Het personeel had het druk met de grote groepen mensen dus kregen niet alles meteen bijgewerkt

Weinig.
Het hotel is erg gedateerd, receptie pas om 17 uur open, geen mogelijkheid bagage eerder af te geven en tegen de toezegging in moeten de fietsen buiten beperktere worden. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en tegelijk wat onverzorgd.
