A FRIENDLY, QUAINT AND EXCELLENT GEM OF A HOTEL IN BUSY LIMASSOL!

THE BEST PARTS: 1. LOCATION: Central and in the bustling part of Limassol. It is right between the tourist area and the old town. Right in front of it is the sea promenade where it is only around 5 - 10 mins walk to the Limassol Marina. Behind it is the bustling business district. The sea is only around 200 m away in front of the building. 2. STAFF: The Chrielka staff (especially Oksana and Katerina) are lovely people. The hotel owner is always at the lobby and seen by guests frequently, greeting and chatting with guests. During our stay, it was their patriarch's memorial and the family set out treats of cookies, homecooked meals and snacks at the lobby for guests to enjoy. Oksana is always very helpful with a calm and smiling demeanour. Katerina is always friendly, chatty and cheerful. The cleaner (whose name I forget) is also very thoughtful and kind. The hotel really does have a quaint, family-owned, boutique, small vibe to it which is very rare nowadays in the bustling part of Limassol. 3. THE ROOMS: The rooms were very well-cleaned (thanks to the cleaner who does a phenomenal job). The aircon is amazing which is somewhat a hit-miss in Cyprus. The rooms are well-equipped and has a minimalistic, simple yet pleasant feel to them. I got the partial sea-view, facing the park and I thought it was pleasantly larger than the picture. 4. THE VALUE: The price of the hotel apartment rooms in general are highly affordable! I was pleasantly surprised and had to check my bill twice or three times to ensure that for 3 apartment hotel rooms (e.g. studio, apartment price), the price was for all three and not just one. Wonderful value for sure!

Basic but nice room providing for everything you need. Bed very comfy and good working AC. Location is perfect (right next to the beach, with the city on a walking distance).

A bit unusual to leave the key at the reception. Although the room was perfectly clean, under the bed seems to have been missed.

Great location, clean and spacious room and bathroom. Nice balcony and pool.

The linen were with microfiber. The balcony door was of bad quality, which is why it was pretty loud at night (motorbikes racing on the promenade etc.)

Worth every penny spent.

I spent 3 nights with my wife, it's very close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and cooperative, especially Catarina at the reception. The whole place was renovated and clean, most of all hot water all the time.

Reception girls ( especially Katerina) are very friendly and ready to help with everything.

Super Service and Attention in Modern Apartment

Owners were super helpful and understanding. They helped us through problem with booking change. Our room was new and very clean. Bathroom and shower super nice and clean. Nice kitchenette for cold food storage and preparation. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony during the evening. Wonderful location near zoo park and beach. Definitely would stay here again.

We liked everything. However we would also note that if you keep open the windows you will notice more noise from nearby main road. For short stay kitchenette is nice, but there is not possibility to make hot foods.

The staff were very helpful - eg being unbelievably flexible with our incompetent booking which we did in two different names and on the wrong dates:- they sorted us out perfectly with a very nice apartment with a balcony looking out to sea for the right dates. They were friendly without impinging on our privacy and helpful in practical matters, eg lending us a three pin adapter. The building is two mins from a nice public beach with a pleasant bar and at the end of the main walkway along the coast into town. It has a nice pool as well. The small kitchen is useful for breakfast or making a bowl of pasta and salad. All the facilities work 5 stars all round
