All the staff that we met were helpful and pleasant, from reception, cleaning, and the breakfast room. The location from the train station and to the town was fantastic. The views from our balcony were amazing. The room was a good size and the bathroom was reasonable. The breakfast was reasonable with juices, yoghurt, fruit, eggs, breads and tea and coffee.
Pillows needed replacing, they were hard and flat.

Pillows were quite flat, no airconditioning, noisy at night. No waterpressure im shower.

Few steps from the train station and the castles, views on the mountains and castle towers from every room. Comfy bed.
Terrible smell from the sewer in the bathroom. Old minimalistic furniture (bed was surprisingly ok). Two stars are just right.
