Spacious chalet/studio with lovely vaulted roof. Massive, really comfortable bed. Kitchenette really well equipped - double hob that cooked quickly, excellent quality kettle, toaster and microwave and adequate fridge. lots of top quality utensils etc with a selection of knives that cut well. You can cook here meals you would have at home. Enjoyed them on the terrace facing the illuminated pool at night - magic and very quiet. 10 minutes walk from frequent bus to Chania, also Lidl, beaches and an excellent restaurant. 4 other beaches within another 10 minutes. Shutters and blinds on windows shut out light as you want it.

Needs stronger lighting in bathroom for shaving/make up and the living area because the area around the studio is quiet durng the day but not in the early morning (breakfast bar is very near, as is the path to the bins) so you need the shutters down at these times for privacy. Not a negative but hopefully helpful - the area opposite Elea is an olive grove with a smallholding, sheep, chickens and a cockerel. All neighbours keep watch dogs for security and they bark during the night. You get used to it after a few days, but we will bring earplugs when we next visit (and we intend to)

Family oriented, nice garden & pool. Good size rooms.

Lounge /sleeping area doesn't have an a/c unit, Air-conditioning in the bedroom needs some love, or maybe replacing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very green garden with many olive and banana trees around. There is a nice swimming pool, but we were busy discovering Crete so we didn't have the opportunity to try it! I hope next time we will be able to. Everything what was needed in the house (kitchen, bathrooms and sleeping rooms) was already there. The place is close to the main road (E65) from which you can travel East and West of the island by car. There is a very nice rocky hiking path by the coast (starting at Yannis Beach Place, which is great!) heading to Chania. The place is very quiet situated 5 minutes from a road where there are some shops, a bakery and cafe. Lidl and SYN.KA supermarkets close by. This was the best middle-October vacation I've ever had! WIFI working but not in every room.

Inside of the apartment was clean and had all of the facilities that were advertised.

There was no hot water in the shower, the pool and communal areas were not clean, and it didn’t really look like it did in the pictures.

the room was big and clean, the water pressure in the shower was great. the back balcony was really cute.

the ac was broken in the room that we got, and there were insects in the pool. i saw a big spider inside too :( in the pictures it looked like another room, but we got a different one. we asked for twin and got a king size, but they separated it for us. but the ac was broken...

the bar and pool were short. the kitchen had a small trash can, the cleaning of the bathroom is not very nice ..

Walk to town a little farther than expected. Better to have a car. Could not store some food in refrigerator after check out to keep it cold until checking in at another place.

No cleaning, hot water only during the day, bad WiFi. Dirty room.

they gave us a apartment with a not working air-condition and didn't want to change it ! at the 2nd day I had to call booking.com to talk with them ! the internet connection was very slow , the kitchen cabinets are destroyed , they close the pool at 7 pm ! very disappointed !

The apartment was comfortable, clean and always shady and cool, set in an olive grove so you are surrounded by trees. Linen was changed every few days and the owners take really good care of the area, the pool is lovely and the pool bar does nice breakfasts and snacks. Really great place to stay.

Excellent and extremely clean pool in amongst olive trees. Apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was superb for our family. Obviously due to covid, cleaning couldn’t be done until our departure but we were able to ask for clean towels. We completely understood the situation. Staff all complied with the mask wearing and social distancing. Very friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with the hire car etc. Would highly recommend this for a safe and beautiful family holiday. Thankyou Elea. 😎
