Stunning place to stay close to Kotor. The room exceeded expectations (apartment 7), the balcony was more like a terrace with chairs, table and sun loungers looking out over the stunning bay. The room was comfortable with a kitchenette should you want to make any food. The private waterfront area with reserved loungers for each room is a real touch. The biggest highlight of the property is the owners, who cannot do enough for you. I would tell anyone visiting Kotor area to stay here
Nothing. It is a good stomp into Kotor old town (70 minutes or so) but it’s a lovely walk along the bay with multiple possible stops. Theres also free parking if you have wheels and wanna drive into town

Мы влюбились в это место и эту виллу! Тишина, покой, красота! Нас встретила радушная хозяйка , сразу же с жары угостила холодным пивом, а в холодильнике приготовила нарезку из арбуза и дыни. Большая и удобная парковка ( как выяснилось для Черногории это огромный плюс) Номер у нас был с огромным балконом и шикарным видом на бухту. Постель, полотенца , сам номер-все чистое. Свой пляж прямо под окном, лежаки , полотенца для пляжа. Вода в море теплая была в начале июля. Кухня хорошо оборудована , рядом супермаркет, кафе, в двух километрах устричные фермы. Недалеко ехать до Котора и до Пераста
Была скрипучая кровать и неудобные подушки, но все остальные плюсы сгладили эти моменты
