I stayed there twice (2020 - 2026 ) and will stay there again next time.
⭐ The staff were friendly & helpful.
⭐ The food was amazing in terms of the variety and tasty
⭐ The location
⭐ The hotel security & life guard staff on both pools and the sea were always alert and make sure that all the guests are safe.
⭐ Room 512 was on the fifth floor with a nice view on both pools & side sea view.
‼️The animation team did not live up to the standard of five-star hotels. need some more experienced staff and more activities - boring shows and very bad music were playing repeatedly.

The Walks through the different places in the resort is not tiring and it's pleasing
The views are good from rooms. The pools were clean
I didn't like the dishes quality and their variety.
I didn't like the cleanliness of the beds sheets
