I stayed there twice (2020 - 2026 ) and will stay there again next time.
⭐ The staff were friendly & helpful.
⭐ The food was amazing in terms of the variety and tasty
⭐ The location
⭐ The hotel security & life guard staff on both pools and the sea were always alert and make sure that all the guests are safe.
⭐ Room 512 was on the fifth floor with a nice view on both pools & side sea view.
‼️The animation team did not live up to the standard of five-star hotels. need some more experienced staff and more activities - boring shows and very bad music were playing repeatedly.

The staff were amazing. Always smiling, they were super nice and always remembered your drink without asking! True hospitality from their side!
Room was spacious.
The rooms are a bit dated, the 00s are starting to show the age and a complete renovation of all rooms would completely put this hotel back to a 5 star level. At the present time I would put it like a 3,5 star at most. The food needs to be upscaled. Very basic, quite bland and also gave me stomach problems on the last day.
I would also not have members of different clubs around the resort trying to sell different tours every 5/10min while trying to relax at the beach.
