Location, staff, & rooms were fantastic. 10 out of 10
For €200/night I would have expected some in room amenities. No coffee pod nor maker nor complementary water bottles in room. Breakfast was not included. Not normally a stickler about amenities, but stay in Bayonne the previous night for €158 a they had gourmet coffee maker with pods and water bottles in room and included breakfast.
Only one towel, so needed to reuse in morning after previous evening shower.
Also found that the highly rated and recommended on-site restaurant permanently closed this year.

Swimming pool and comfort of the room.
Paying for parking, breakfast was a little awkward and that we couldn't check in slightly earlier, even though we suspected the room was ready as the hotel was empty.

Lovely hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating, very personal service which was lovely.
The pool was lovely and refreshing after a long day.
Restaurant was not open which would have been nice if it was.

The location was very convenient.
The Price !
The toilet was in a room of its own and although there was enough space there was no bidet fitted. We didn't have the breakfast as they wanted 20 euros each !
