Owner knocked himself out making our stay memorable--secured a difficult-to-book restaurant reservation, garden tours, advice on the region.
The garden is truly beautiful as is the chateau.

The gardens for me were the highlight
The castle itself is grand and beautiful from the outside .
Room we had was in one of the towers which was in the old servants quarters .
Was comfortable and beautiful
The host was incredibly friendly and polite
We wanted to stay in the castle because we wanted to see the castle ! To see the inside the castle would have been wonderful however we had to book and pay for a tour of we wanted to do so even as guests of the castle . So can’t even comment on how the interior is …

Fantastic location for our last stop over before boarding Dieppe ferry next morning, only a 15 minute drive to the port. Stunning gardens to walk through, fantastic walled kitchen garden. Very clean, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. And an amazing recommendation for dinner at L’O2Mer in Dieppe! Thank you for having us stay over!

The history
The accommodation. It was not very accessible to anyone with mobility issues due to the amount of stairs. My husband has heart issues and I am recovering from surgery and there was nobody to assist us climbing three flights of stairs with a suitcase. It was not good.
