Le site. La chambre. L'établissement dans son ensemble
Comme partout, je pense que le petit déjeuner est cher. Comme tout est sur réservation, il pourrait y avoir des produits issus de l'AB et local au détail. Enfin, je ne sais pas, je n'ai jamais travaillé ds la restauration.
Le repas du soir, peut-être un peu plus épicé. Mais c'était bon qd mm.

ruhige Lage, sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, gutes Frühstück, sehr gutes Restaurant und tolle Gastgeber. Besonders erwähnenswert die Hotelanlage mit Bäumen, Blumen und dem See/Weiher. Viele der Zutaten im Restaurant und beim Frühstück sind selbst hergestellt.

The location is lovely - very rural but we knew that. We had a nice meal at theiir adjoining restaurant, quite pricey for France and only set menus available. The owner is a good chef, he could make more of the restaurant.
The decor was poor quality and dated. Our bed was pretty awful and the bathroom was an odd mixture of very old and new additions. The toilet was basically in a cupboard. Newly installed laminate flooring squeaked any time someone walked on it.
