Confermo e se possibile miglioro la già ottima recensione per questo appartamento al piano terra, che è stato rinnovato e migliorato rispetto al precedente mio soggiorno di qualche anno fa!!!
Proprietari sempre molto ospitali, cordiali e simpatici ci hanno accolto con affetto e perfetta puntualità!
Pulizia impeccabile, ottima e completa dotazione sia in cucina che in bagno, camera e balcone.. Si percepisce l'Amore che i proprietari ci mettono nel curare l'alloggio!
Posizione fantastica, tranquilla, a pochissimi metri dal mare, dal fornitissimo mini-supermercato "Konzum" e da ottimi ed economici ristoranti sulla via principale (consigliatissimo "Da Mateo")!!
Tre anni fa lamentavo poca privacy nel patio davanti all'appartamento (in condivisione con quello a fianco) e il difficile parcheggio (gratuito!!!) fuori l'ingresso della proprietà... Entrambi le problematiche sono state ottimamente risolte: il patio è stato diviso da un elegante separé floreale che assolve pienamente a proteggere la privacy senza essere troppo ingombrante!
Mentre il parcheggio (seppur ancora in fase di completamento finale) è stato ampliato e sistemato a dovere e ospita ora comodamente sei macchine della struttura!
Assolutamente nient'altro da lamentare!!!

-Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung mit Klimaanlage (Wohnzimmer), großen Balkon, voll ausgestattete Küche (sogar mit Backofen und 2 Gefrierfächer und 4 Kochplatten) und Waschmaschine.
- Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.
- Ganz liebe Vermieter (wohnen unter dem Familienapartment und der Sohn oben nebenan). Jederzeit konnten wir klingeln bei Fragen oder Wunsch nach neuen Handtüchern etc.
- Parkplatz gleich nebenan
- Das Meer ist vom Familienapartment zu sehen und die Altstadt
- Balkon hat 2 Zugänge
- nur zur Info: Die Bahn zur Altstadt fährt ca. alle 40 Minuten zur Altstadt für 4€ für Erwachsene (Haltstelle am Krankenhaus), ist 2 Minuten entfernt
Persönlicher Hinweis: Die Fotos bei booking.com bringen nicht die schöne Wohnung zur Geltung (sehen etwas dunkel aus). Daher haben wir Fotos der Wohnküche (ca. 25-30 qm), Bad und das eine Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett zugefügt. In jedem Raum sind helle Fenster.
- Matratze für uns tick zu weich, aber das ist kein wirklich negativer Punkt, nur Empfinden. Haben uns aber total wohl gefühlt.
- Nur zur Info, aber hat auch NICHTS mit dem Apartment zu tun (daher nur ein Hinweis und kein negativer Punkt für die Unterkunft): Mückenkerze ist auf dem Balkon vorhanden. Tipp: evtl. Mückenstecker mitnehmen

A párommal másodszor voltunk a családi apartmanban. Mint ahogy először, úgy másodszor is a szállás most is rendkívül tiszta, jól felszerelt volt, minden rendelkezésre állt ahhoz, hogy otthon érezze magát a vendég. Az apartman ízlésesen berendezett, gondolva a legapróbb részletekre is. Érkezésünkkor, behűtött vízzel, jégkockával, cukorkával fogadott bennünket a szállásadó. Az apartmanból csodálatos kilátás nyílik a tengerre és az óvárosra. A szállás közelében több strand is van, ami gyalog megközelíthető és a közelben található egy kisebb bolt is, ahonnan bármi beszerezhető.
Nincs olyan ami ne tetszett volna, egyetlen kellemetlenséget kivéve. A booking.com leírása szerint a szállást távozáskor délelőtt 11 óráig kell elhagyni, ehhez képest a takarítást végző hölgy 10 órakor kopogott az ajtón, takarító eszközökkel felszerelve. Nekünk nem okozott gondot, mivel már éppen elhagyni készültünk a szállást. Azért írom le, hogy másoknak se okozzon kellemetlenséget és ne 11-kor, hanem 10 órakor legkésőbb hagyják el a szállást!

L'appartamento è carino, dotato di ogni suppellettile anche per cucinare in casa. La posizione è buona con parcheggio, cosa molto importante a Rovigno.
Il materassi del letto erano evidentemente usati da tanto, troppo tempo! I proprietari hanno usato un ulteriore materassino sopra gli stessi, per ovviare un po' il problema: questo però ha peggiorato ulteriormente la situazione. Lo stesso i cuscini erano riempiti con pezzi di ritagli di gomma piuma....dormirci sopra è stata un'impresa. Chiesto un cambio alla proprietaria, ne ha fornito uno ancora peggio...
I proprietari di alloggi dovrebbero investire proprio in questi dettagli: non si può pensare che dei materassi e cuscini possano essere usati per anni e anni senza cambiarli perché questo costa denaro! Gli ospiti non sono persone da piazzare senza alcun diritto sul bene offerto, vanno rispettate! Quindi bisogna fare manutenzione anche per esempio alla doccia che spruzzava acqua dappertutto e non si poteva tenere nello saliscendi perché rotto!
