The main office of hotel is across the road from the accommodation units
Oh My! The shower unit and doors were super small. Smaller than Asia! It’s difficult to move in the shower without hitting the shower door. If you are big size you will have problems with the shower.
Mattress like most accommodation in Sardinia is foam and the mattress through overwear and overuse sinks in the middle of the mattress and it’s difficult to lie flat without sinking. I had to use extra pillows to support and a towel on the bed to make flat. Once I did this it was good for sleeping

Un vero agriturismo in un luogo tranquillissimo, bucolico, caratteristico e molto vicino a una spiaggia favolosa, libera, ma con bar-ristorante e servizi igienici.
Mi ha colpito molto l'eccezionale livello di pulizia, il fatto di avere il bidet in bagno, fatto raro, soprattutto in monolocali o camere d'albergo, l'arredo moderno e ben tenuto e la squisita disponibilità e gentilezza degli host, Graziella e Mario.
Funzionava tutto molto bene: impianto idrico, fornello, aria condizionata - che ho usato pochissimo, scaldabagno. Anche il wi-fi, con qualche lentezza, ma credo sia cosa comune sulle isole.
C'era l'essenziale per fare da mangiare, un'abbondante dotazione di asciugamani, l'asciugacapelli, lo stendibiancheria e gli attrezzi per la pulizia. Io che viaggio spesso da sola e prediligo la tranquillità e pulizia rispetto a tanti accessori e servizi o locali, sono stata proprio benissimo e ringrazio gli host. Per chi desidera un'abitazione per le vacanze con tutti i comfort e uno spazio all'aperto da godere in esclusiva, forse è meglio un altro tipo di struttura. Per chi desidera invece staccare da tutto, stare in pace e visitare spiagge e risorse archeologiche e naturalistiche a poca distanza di auto (consigliabile, anche se io sono riuscita a muovermi quasi sempre con i mezzi pubblici e a piedi) è perfetto e super consigliato!
L'aspetto che ho apprezzato meno non dipende dalla gestione degli host, quanto proprio dalla tipologia di struttura ricettiva: sembrava quasi un albergo diffuso, ognuno ha la sua stanza o il suo appartamento e un piccolo patio in comune; per un relax più completo e una maggiore privacy, però, manca a mio avviso uno spazio all'aperto a uso esclusivo, anche piccolo e non per forza con giardino. C'era invece solo un piano rialzato con sottili divisori tra un appartamento e l'altro, ma, volendo mangiare fuori, si stava praticamente davanti a tutti e il patio con i sofà era a disposizione di tutti, ma c'era posto solo per 4/5 persone. Inoltre, io preferisco avere gli attrezzi per la pulizia ad uso esclusivo, mentre invece erano in comune (però ce n'erano più d'uno!).
Da segnalare la presenza di cani che abbaiavano di sera e uno che girava nel patio. A me non davano fastidio, ma potrebbero darlo.
Per quanto riguarda la gestione, confermo di essere stata molto bene. Per stare ancora meglio, si suggerisce di cambiare il senso di apertura della finestra sopra il lavello della cucina, perché così com'è non si riesce a chiudere se non arrampicandosi sulla cucina stessa, così come per chiudere la porta d'ingresso, occorreva fare una manovra non comodissima.
Quando ci sono stata io, non c'erano quasi zanzare, in ogni caso sarebbe meglio metterle a tutte le finestre e non solo a due.
Infine: una presina, un canovaccio e il filtro di scarico del lavello sarebbero stati graditi.

La amabilidad del anfitrión. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien. El apartamento quedaba cerca de la playa. No pudimos estar mucho tiempo, porqué solo hicimos una noche, pero todo fue genial. El alojamiento está cerca de Stintino y también de la terminal de Porto Torres.
No puedo hacer ningún comentario negativo, dado que cumplió con las expectativas que estábamos buscando.

Very clean, close to beautiful beaches, surrounded by nature, friendly and helpful staff.
Not the best value for money for what it offers.
Inside the apartment there were no paper towels or kitchen cloths, and only the bare essentials — a few plates, pots, and some cutlery. In the bathroom, just a couple of toilet paper rolls and some hand soap.
Considering it’s a holiday apartment, it would have been nice to find at least some basic condiments like salt, sugar, or oil. The apartments are quite small, with furniture in just fair condition and an uncomfortable bed. Cleaning (including the change of sheets and towels) was done once during our 8-day stay.
We were also charged €10 per day for our two small dogs (3 kg each) — which felt excessive, especially since it wasn’t clear what that fee actually covered.
