clean hotel, good breakfast, great location
not the hotels problem, but had to sleep in the same room with two friends, not recomended

The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is well located, close to the port, so it's a 5 min walk. It has a pool with very warm water, although it was very crowded.
There's no elevator, no bottled water, no glass or cup in the room. The breakfast is so so. Instant coffee and a lot of sweets, no vegetables and only toast bread. It would be good to have some tomato at least. The bathroom is so small and badly organized you keep bumping on something. It's impossible to operate the shower door!

The hotel desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They held our bags on our first day until room was ready, gave us travel advice and even loaned use of a bus card until we could obtain one and top it up. Extremely courteous and welcoming
The furnishings were perhaps a little dated but the hotel was good value for money and well located

Friendly staff. The location is not too bad either.
The hotel has a bit of a dated feel. The rooms are relatively small, dark and quite basic. The breakfast was very simple.
