地點優越，位於國華街/民生路/海安路商圈。
停車方便，位於海安路地下停車場樓梯口旁。
鬧中取靜，於海安路旁小巷內，路上車輛聲音不太影響。
有飲水機，適合旅人旅行使用。
床鋪/枕頭較軟，個人習慣較硬寢具。

地點方便～贏很多！
出去就是海安路，距離停車出入口很近，還有附停車卷可以折抵。
附近很多酒吧、宵夜，不用擔心沒東西吃。
住宿方也很貼心，有冰箱可以用，還有小點心跟飲料。
房間垃圾桶有分一般跟回收。
以此價格來說，很可以了！
廁所很臭，要一直把廁所的燈開著（抽風扇才會運作）。
隔音不好，正常講話音量但被反應太吵，要用氣音講話。早上也會直接聽到樓上房客整理東西、托拉行李、關門下樓的聲音，隔壁房客討論的聲音也聽得到。
採光太好窗簾沒有做滿，早上直接被亮醒。

1. 地理位置好 離國華商圈及海安路很近
2. 住宿冰箱提供飲料還有餅乾
3. 房間提供耳塞跟拖鞋
1. 晚上隔音不好，聽到附近酒吧談話聲。但最讓人無法接受的是室內窗型冷氣變頻時發出的聲響非常大，三個人都沒有辦法好好睡覺。
2. 雙人床在晚上會晃動，也不知道具體原因是什麼？
