The hotel has many strong points that made our stay enjoyable. The swimming pools are spacious, clean, and located everywhere, making it easy to relax and enjoy the sun. The included breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a wide variety of choices, attentive waiters, comfortable seating, good music, and an overall pleasant vibe. The property itself is huge, almost like walking through a small neighborhood, which gave us plenty of space to explore. We also appreciated the extra activities available, such as renting quads, electric scooters, or bikes, which added more fun to the experience.
On the other hand, there were some notable downsides. The hotel is quite far from the city center, and without a car, getting around is inconvenient. There are no grocery stores or shops nearby, so buying daily essentials requires a trip to the city. Security felt weak, especially at the main entrance where there was often no one checking incoming guests, and the property was very dark at night, forcing us to rely on flashlights. The apartment equipment was incomplete when we arrived—basic kitchen items were missing, as well as things like a TV remote and a drying rack. It took several complaints at the reception before these were provided, which was frustrating. The room itself was just average, with no working air conditioning and poorly placed electrical outlets, which made it less comfortable than expected.

No towels in the room! Deposit for towels and all the items in the apartment.
Gardens were not maintained well.

I stay at Farah Inn Ifrane regularly and always enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful location. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, making them very suitable for families and longer stays. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the residence remains one of my preferred places in Ifrane.
However, the hotel would benefit from some renovations and maintenance .I think it's high time to it !!!
