Location is out of the main town area but condulsive with convenience stores and a supermarket behind the hotel. Could improve the service by ensuring clean and fresh bedsheets are change frequently plus the smell of the rooms.
The bedsheets wasn't clean. Could see that the bedsheets are dirty. One of our rooms has foul smell. We requested for a change of room but was told to pay RM10.00 for upgrade. However, during my booking of 2 rooms, i paid extra for rooms with window but was denied at the Reception Counter. They said it is a frequent problem they have with hotel guests. Booking.com has to look into this matter, Thank you

Location is good - Mr DIY, Eco Shop and a couple of chinese coffee shops are a walking distance. There's a Petronas and a TF Value Mart (opposite road). Room was big for 3 of us. Toiletries were sufficient for 3 of us (towels, toothbrush sets, shower gels n shampoo x3). Good job! <3
Just the side cupboard which we cannot hang more than 2 shirts. That's all.
