Our first impressions were very positive, what with the white, clean and bright lobby!I complimented the lady boss on our impressions.
Upon entering the room, we were also positively surprised by its cleanliness (note: we had booked our queen size bed room but did not notice it was without windows. We then 'upgraded' the room with an additional RM30/night payment).
One negative was the dim LED light at the bathroom. I know these LEDs lose their brightness very quickly and I requested changing it and lamented to my wife the disconnect between housekeeping and maintenance. Not talking about the rooms' conditions would only cause dismay with the guests.
Still, with the Old Town Kopitiam on one side and a laundromat on the other, it was a very nice quiet neighbourhood. Will seriously consider returning to the hotel the next time!
We don't like rooms without windows and maybe I missed it when we made the bookings...
