Le calme de l'hôtel et du village , la piscine était fraîche mais grande et très reposante, la situation entre deux flancs de montagne rend très bien avec une belle vue.
Une partie de l'hôtel était du neuf, très joli.
Le personnel était très sympathique et accueillant
Je qui me viens a l'esprit c'est revoir certain matelas qui on peut être un peu de vécu.
Le miens était affaissé sur le milieu ce qui faisait mal au dos au début, ensuite j'ai changé de position pour le reste du séjour.
Le repas à 39€ me semble un peu cher, nous avons mangé au restaurant le lendemain de notre arrivée et je suis resté sur ma faim. Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Bardzo dobre wyżywienie, personel bez zarzutu. Odnowiona łazienka w pokoju. Lokalizacja przy samym przystanku skibusa bardzo wygodna.
Oferta na booking.com dotyczyła hotelu 4,5 gwiazdki. Zostaliśmy zakwaterowani w starej części (3 gwiazdki) w malutkim pokoju na poddaszu ze skosami, na 3 kondygnacji bez windy. Winda była tylko na bagaże. Nie taką usługę i zakwaterowanie wykupiliśmy. Czujemy się oszukani. Nie mieliśmy w pokoju obiecanej strefy wypoczynkowej, kanapy, kosmetyków w łazience itp. Łóżko dziecięce na pikowanym materacy z guzikami, które gniotły w czasie spania. Miejsca w pokoju było tak mało, że nie bardzo było gdzie trzymać bagaże. Grzejnik wiecznie nie chciał grzać. Raz nam go odpowietrzano, ale to wystarczyło tylko na jedną dobę. Muszę także napisać o saunie. Podejrzewam, że w nowym budynku jest wygodna, niestety w starym, w którym nas zakwaterowano była wielkości nieco większej łazienki. Nie chcemy rozstrzygać czy powodem, że nas oszukano jest nasza narodowość, czy to, że wykupiliśmy hotel za pośrednictwem booking.com, ale fakty są jak wyżej.
