For many years we stay at Cevahir every time we come through Istanbul. We love the location, further from tourist areas, more Turkish culture, beautiful views of the sea, very close to the ferry that takes us to Buyuk Ada. And the staff are great, especially Emre.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations.
• The cleaning staff was very noisy early in the morning, making it difficult to rest. Being woken up at such an early hour seriously affected our comfort.
• At check-out, we were asked to wait at reception for minibar items to be checked, which was time-consuming and did not feel professional.
• There were hair strands found in the room, raising concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards.
